The framework has 3 main tracks:
 
 

Level  1 # Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP) This 2-day course designed to expose participants to all the key components of a Mission Critical Data Centre , its operations and maintenance. The course will also provide tips on how to improve current Data Centre effectiveness and maintenance routines affecting Data Centre performance in order to improve high availability.

Level  2 # Certified Data Centre Specialist (CDCS)  This 3-day course provides further specialization on the in the CDCP course introduced topics. It will provide insight and in-depth expertise enabling attendees to verify offers made by suppliers and to enable them to do a thorough review of the proposed design or a review of their existing data centre. This will ensure that the right selections are made and that the data centre equipment is installed correctly. CDCS is a must have certification for the professional data centre managers and personnel.

Level  3 # Certified Data Centre Expert (CDCE) This 5-day expert level course prepares participants to scope, plan, design, implement and run a mission critical data centre up to Tier Level-4. The course will lead the participants through all the phases via lectures, design case studies and practical discussions. It includes critical aspects such as how to test and commission a newly built site and how to maintain the site over its life cycle in line with the business requirements. CDCE builds upon the knowledge gained in the CDCP and CDCS course.

 Certified Data Centre Facilities Operations Manager (CDFOM) This 3-day course after which participants will have gained in-depth knowledge in managing data centre operations.  This includes the following key subject matter areas: capacity planning;   how to properly commission and decommission equipment, compliance to safety standards, statutory compliance and international standards; people management; vendor management; crisis/incident management; physical security procedures and the know-how on how to keep operations simple, manageable, effective and efficient

Certified Data Centre Risk Professional (CDRP) This 2-day course is an IT, Facilities or Data Centre Operations professional working in and around the data centre (representing both end-customers and/or service provider/facilitators) and having responsibility to achieve and improve hi-availability and manageability of the Data Centre, such as: Data centre managers, Operations / Floor / Facility managers, IT managers, Information security managers, Security professionals, Auditors / Risk Managers / Professionals responsible for IT/corporate governance.

Certified Data Centre Migration Specialist (CDMS) Certified Data Centre Migration Specialist course is a 2-day course designed to expose participants to a step-by-step methodology which will enable them to reduce the risks involved when undertaking a data centre migration. The course will address a systematic approach ensuring a successful 'lift-and-shift' of an operating data centre to a new location.

Certified Data Centre Safety Manager (CDSM) Certified Data Centre Safety Manager course is a course is to expose attendants to the requirements for safety in data centre operations. The course is based on the ISO/IEC 18000 (OHSAS 18000) standard and covers Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems in order to enable the businesses to be confident it is doing all it can to protect their employees. It also allows the business to ensure it is operating according to the stated health and safety policies.

 
 
 
Certified TIA-942 Design Consultant (CTDC) Understanding the intent of the ANSI/TIA-942 standard is of fundamental importance, not only for the successful implementation of the data centre, but also for its sustainable operations. In this three-day course, the participant will learn how to design an ANSI/TIA-942 compliant data centre. It will provide a clear understanding of the requirements of the ANSI/TIA-942 Standard and possible implementation variations. The course is well suited for all types of data centres, be it enterprise data centres or multi-tenant, third party data centres such as co-location, managed services and cloud service providers.
Note: Participants must have a valid CDCP certificate before being able to apply for the CTDC course
 
 
Certified TIA-942 Internal Auditor (CTIA) As ANSI/TIA-942 has become the data centre standard of choice for many organisations across the globe, it is imperative for these organisations to verify the correct implementation of the standard via a stringent audit process in line with the ISO guidelines for auditing. This two-day intensive course builds further on the technical understanding of the standard acquired in the CTDC® (Certified TIA-942 Design Consultant) course. It enables participants to develop skills and knowledge to conduct an internal audit program by applying widely recognised audit principles, procedures and techniques which are aligned with the ISO-19011 auditing guideline.
