Course Overview

In this course, students will apply recognized practices of project management and understand a project’s life cycle and roles and skills necessary to effectively initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and close a project.

Who Should Attend

The target student is a professional who wants to gain the skills and knowledge required to successfully manage and deploy projects. This course will also prepare students for the CompTIA Project+ certification exam. Passing the exam is equivalent to possessing the knowledge and problem-solving skills of an individual with practical project management experience of 2,000 hours.
